« LA QUINIELA » is a game of predictions on football matches organised by the public company Loterias y Apuestas del Estado.
The grid is made up of 15 matches (classic predictions 1X2 on the first 14 matches of the grid and exact score on the fifteenth game).
The number of possible combinations is 76 527 504.
The ticket given to players contains eight columns.
The player must make a prediction for each of the first 14 matches that make up the grid. The principle is to tick at least one box for each match of the grid.
The three possible boxes are:
The player has multiple types of predictions at his disposal:
Concerning the match n°15 of the grid, the player shall predict the number of goals that each team will score. If the number of goals is equal to or greater than 3, it will be marked with the symbol M. Thus, the player can make one or several choices among 16 possible scores.
A good result on the fifteenth match will be taken into account only provided that all predictions are filled out correctly on the first 14 games of the grid.
All matches are based on the results at the end of regulation time including any additional time. The possible extra time or penalty kicks will not be taken in account.
For every one of the first 14 matches of the grid, the player can make a single prediction on the various columns of the same ticket. It is only possible to make multiple predictions (made up of one or several double predictions and/or one or several triple predictions) in the first column of the ticket.
However, for the 15th match of the grid, the player has the possibility to choose between a single prediction (a particular score) and multiple predictions (a maximum of 16 scores). This choice has to be identical for all the columns of the same ticket.
The cost of a single combination is 0.75 EUR (Euros). The minimum stake is two combinations.
The possible combinations for double predictions and/or triple predictions authorised for the first 14 matches of the grid are the following:
|T R I P L E S|
Any ticket that has columns filled out with a number of unauthorised doubles or triples will be rejected by the lottery machine.
