« LOTO FOOT » is a game of predictions on football matches organised by the public company La Française des jeux.
The grid is made up of 14 matches (sometimes 15 matches).
The number of possible combinations is 4 782 969.
The ticket given to players contains eight columns.
The player must make a prediction for the whole set of matches that make up the grid. The principle is to tick at least one box for each match of the grid.

The player has multiple types of predictions at his disposal:
All matches are based on the results at the end of regulation time including any additional time. The possible extra time or penalty kicks will not be taken in account.
The player can make a single prediction on the various columns of the same ticket.
The cost of a single combination is 1 EUR (Euro). The minimum stake is that of one combination.
The player can also make on the same ticket one or more double predictions and/or one or more triple predictions.

The lottery machine will reject any ticket that has columns filled out with a number of unauthorised doubles or triples.
For the French « LOTO FOOT », there are four winning categories, those of 14, 13, 12 and 11 exact predictions.
The sum allocated to each category is equally shared between the various winners.
(For a single combination, the winnings of the various categories do not accrue).
